Surya Clinic SOPs
The "Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Support Services" developed by the technical team at the Surya Clinics is aimed at improving the functioning of the clinics, standardisation of procedures across all clinics as well as documenting these processes for future reference.
The objective of developing and documenting the SOPs is to provide guidelines to various Surya clinics in order to ensure that all "Assured Services" as envisaged in the Surya clinics are to be available.

The department of laboratory has become an integral part of any clinic. This is because the client is required to undergo investigations, to aid diagnosis and monitor his progress. The major function of the department is to perform laboratory tests.
Nursing services are primarily responsible for providing comprehensive healthcare services to all clients approaching the clinic. Nursing is the largest single department in any clinic dealing with direct clients care, where each nurse has a responsibility to uphold the rights of clients.
Operation Theatre Services
Surgery has evolved from primitive form to almost miraculous procedures using the latest in science. Operation Theatre is one of the most important and most expensive units in a clinical setup.
Sterile Supply Services
The Sterile Supply Department SSD receives processes, sterilize, and distribute medical supplies and equipment to various departments of the clinic like operation theatre (OT), and wards. The unit is centralized for whole clinic. The centralized unit is called central Sterile Supply Unit.
A prompt emergency/ambulance referral service for providing timely assessment and transport for acutely ill clients under medical supervision.

Medical records play an important role in the functioning of any clinic in terms of giving vital information for conducting research, statistical data on utilisation of clinic services, mortality & morbidity profiles, and to evaluate performance of clinical outcomes.
